ELIGIBILITY: You must live in Australia.

Entrant must be subscribed to our email database at the time of the draw.

All applicable federal and state and local laws and regulations apply. 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter you must have signed up to our email database via our website and following @lucy_and_duke on Instagram.

Lucy & Duke will contact you via the email address you have provided, if our email goes unnoticed, accidentally deleted or to junk...unfortunately Lucy & Duke will have no other means to contact you and therefore you will forfeit the prize. 

WINNER SELECTION: There will be one winner, drawn randomly by Lucy & Duke. In the event the potential winners do not qualify or respond to our winner email, there will be an alternate winner drawn. All decisions of Lucy & Duke will be final and binding and no discussion will be entered into. 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER; The Winner will be notified via email, using the email address provided via our signup form. If our email goes unnoticed, accidentally deleted or to junk...unfortunately Lucy & Duke will have no other means to contact you and therefore you will forfeit the prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, they will also forfeit the prize. 

PRIZE DELIVERY: The prize, consisting of one bandana of the winners choice (pending availability) and customised with embroidery of their choosing will be posted to the winners postal address within in Australia. 

Lucy & Duke have the right to run and pause this competition whenever they see fit.
